We start every meeting with delicious food and hot beverages (during the winter cold!). We believe food brings us closer together and is a starting place to get to know one another.

Jimmy Kim
Lead Pastor

Jimmy Kim is the Lead Pastor of Blue Tent Church in Mississauga, Ontario.Jimmy saw the Spirit at work in an unprecedented way in the lives of the homeless and marginalized in Hurontario and Dundas and decided to join in with God's activity. With a small team of church volunteers, with the aim to reach the poor in the city for Jesus, it has now evolved into a centre for discipleship.Through the Blue Tent Church, he has sought to bring awareness to churches all across the city to God's admonition to never neglect the poor (Galatians 2:10).Jimmy is also the Worship Leader there and continues to lead worship at the weekly church services. His conviction is that the presence of God is best experienced in an atmosphere of extravagant worship and praise.

Please join us in Program Room #3. We will start with a free dinner meal at 5:30 pm, and proceed with our church gathering around 6:30 pm.To get there, enter through the main entrance of the Community Centre, make an immediate right, go up the stairs, and pass the library. We are in the room at the back of the building covered with windows.PLEASE NOTE: Starting on the first Tuesday of June 2024 (until the end of September 2024), we will be meeting outside at the Mississauga Valley Park (right behind the Community Center). You will find us either under the shelter or under behind the beach volleyball court (underneath the trees).
