We start every meeting with delicious food and hot beverages (during the winter cold!). We believe food brings us closer together and is a starting place to get to know one another.

Jimmy Kim
Lead Pastor

Jimmy Kim is the Lead Pastor of Blue Tent Church in Mississauga, Ontario.Jimmy saw the Spirit at work in an unprecedented way in the lives of the homeless and marginalized in Hurontario and Dundas and decided to join in with God's activity. With a small team of church volunteers, with the aim to reach the poor in the city for Jesus, it has now evolved into a centre for discipleship.Through the Blue Tent Church, he has sought to bring awareness to churches all across the city to God's admonition to never neglect the poor (Galatians 2:10).Jimmy is also the Worship Leader there and continues to lead worship at the weekly church services. His conviction is that the presence of God is best experienced in an atmosphere of extravagant worship and praise.

Please join us under the Park Shelter behind the Community Center (there will be 2 shelters - please go to the one that is closer to the beach volleyball court). If it’s occupied by another group, follow the sound of the worship music, and you’ll find us somewhere close by singing at the park!We have a FREE dinner meal at every church service, so come hungry to eat and enjoy each other's company!From October onwards (fall/winter season), we meet indoors at the Mississauga Valley Community Center due to the cold weather.
